Job summary

Flow is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the end-to-end AP process, ensuring invoices, payments, and expense reports are processed accurately and on time. You will collaborate with the finance team, vendors, and other departments to maintain efficient AP operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 4–8+ years of AP experience, with deep knowledge of AP principles, Yardi Voyager, and strong analytical and communication skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 4 - 8+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments.
• Review and approve invoices with proper coding, documentation, and authorization.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable payment terms when applicable.
• Reconcile AP transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of AP transactions and supporting documentation.
• Develop and implement AP processes, controls, and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Support accruals, month-end closing, and financial reporting related to AP.
• Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices; propose process improvements.
• Coordinate with property management teams to resolve tenant billing and collection issues.
