The role oversees payments, invoice approvals, and accuracy, partnering with product managers and supplier reps to resolve issues and implement new systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new team members, conduct evaluations, determine merit increases, and address discipline as needed.
• Run monthly productivity queries and report results to team.
• Oversee all payments from Ozark Purchasing and O'Reilly Merchandise with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure discounts are captured and void/payments are handled properly.
• Supervise document flow and ensure proper invoice approvals.
• Resolve AP problems and improve processes and procedures.
• Balance AP with General Ledger daily and coordinate with Finance Inventory team.
