Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead at its Pleasant Prairie, WI headquarters. You will oversee a high-performing AP team, ensure invoices are paid on time, and support North American operations.

The role reports to Finance leadership and requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 2+ years in AP, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of AP Specialists, providing regular feedback, guidance and support to help your team succeed.
• Complete month-end accounting processes, including invoice reporting and account reconciliations.
• Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the Accounts Payable team.
• Review and audit recurring reports and general ledger accounts and descriptions for accuracy and consistency.
