Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, seeks a Director of Accounts Payable to lead and strengthen Corporate AP operations at its Pleasant Prairie headquarters. You will build and coach a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and uphold strong internal controls to support company growth.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, IT and business leaders to optimize vendor relationships, ensure accurate invoice processing, and deliver measurable performance gains

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years in Accounts Payable with 7+ years of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Corporate Accounts Payable operations for Uline and shape strategy for accurate, efficient invoice processing.

As Uline grows, we're looking for a Director of Accounts Payable to lead and strengthen Corporate AP operations for our privately held company.

You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team while improving AP processes, financial controls and operational performance. Use your expertise to drive accuracy, efficiency and long-term success across the business.
