Job summary

Uline is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will manage a team of AP Specialists, ensure invoices are paid timely, and support North America operations.

Role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and 2+ years in AP. Leadership is preferred; strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential. On-site with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Accounts Payable role.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview and recommend candidates for AP positions.
• Review and audit recurring reports and GL accounts for accuracy.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage a team of AP Specialists, providing regular feedback, guidance and support to help your team succeed.
• Complete month-end accounting processes, including invoice reporting and account reconciliations.
• Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the Accounts Payable team.
• Review and audit recurring reports and general ledger accounts and descriptions for accuracy and consistency.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
