Job summary

Stinger Bridge & Iron, an AISC certified structural steel fabricator, is seeking an Accounts Payable Support to assist the Accounts Payable Manager in daily invoice processing and reporting. Based in Coolidge, AZ, this role supports vendor payments and monthly closing.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices for payment, maintaining vendor master data, credit card payments, and assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual audits. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Position Scope

The Accounts Payable Support individual will assist Accounts Payable Manager in daily processing of accounts payable invoices. This individual will help with preparing reports, process checks and assist in monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

Primary Duties

• Prepare invoices for payment
• Maintain Vendor Master File
• Credit card control and payments
• A/P monthly processing
• Preparing checks for payment
• Assist with the preparation of monthly/quarterly reports and annual audits
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or in business-related field
• Background in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
