Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• File accounts payable invoices and related documents.
• Codel invoices for payment and enter them into the system.
• Support accounting department members as needed.
• Process AP invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate AP records per accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with company AP policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
