Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting preferred or in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Background in Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

• The ability to handle tense interactions with clients.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Working knowledge of database and spreadsheet software.
• Relevant experience using modern communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Record incoming payments.
• Providing administrative and clerical support, and providing other support as required.
• Invoicing
• Calculating, recording, and inputting financial data, and matching payments to invoices
• Verifying the accuracy of sales orders, contracts, and pricing, and reconciling the accounts receivable ledger
• Maintain up-to-date customer records with accurate billing and contact information
• Perform other duties as assigned
