Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team in Louisville, KY. The role will supervise the AP staff, oversee invoice processing, vendor setup, and 1099 tracking, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Candidates need a minimum of 3 years AP experience, at least 2 years in supervision, and multi-property AP exposure. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years accounts payable experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Multi-property accounts payable experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the AP staff and provide leadership by example.
• Oversee invoice processing, batching, and approvals.
• Assist with vendor setup and 1099 tracking.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to internal AP policies and procedures.
• Reconcile statements and maintain AP files.
• Assist with year-end 1099 reporting.
• Support month-end close and reporting.
