Responsibilities

• Supervise the AP staff and lead by example.
• Process, batch and input vendor invoices and expense reports.
• Research invoice discrepancies and ensure proper GL coding.
• Reconcile statements and maintain AP files.
• Assist with year-end 1099 reporting.
