Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Four (4) years of progressively responsible Accounts Payable experience. Workday Financial experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff processing accounts payable and vendor services.
• Maintains records of amounts owed and verifies invoices.
• Codes expenses, prepares vouchers, and issues checks.
• Prepares accounts payable registers and related reports.
• Provides guidance and training on accounts payable and purchasing procedures.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitors budgets and expenses.
