Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, supply chain, procurement, finance or project management.
• 5+ years procure-to-pay and continuous improvement experience.
• 5+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with Concur is required; NetSuite ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounts payable section and drive process improvements with risk assessments.
• Oversee AP operations: PO/Non-PO invoicing, holds, 1099s, month-end close, reconciliations.
• Develop training materials and system enhancements; partner with Finance, IT, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage AP team performance, recruitment, and workload balancing.
