Edelman is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team within the Finance Shared Services group in Chicago, overseeing North American operations including Canada. The role focuses on managing day-to-day AP, resolving issues, and driving process improvements in a globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in a Finance Shared Services environment is a plus.
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Accounts Payable team with day-to-day guidance.
• Oversee end-to-end AP processes in Workday (invoices, POs, approvals, payments, reporting).
• Manage exceptions, payment discrepancies, and supplier reconciliations to ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate payment runs, approvals, and month-end close with strong controls.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and regional teams to resolve issues.
