Job summary

MX Holdings, based in St. Louis, seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team in a multi-location manufacturing setting. You will ensure accurate invoice processing, payments, and strict internal controls in line with US GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive accounts payable experience, including 2 or more years in a supervisory or management role.
• Knowledge of US GAAP; strong analytical and communication abilities; ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of accounts payable professionals.
• Manage workload and ensure training and coverage for all AP functions.
• Review AP batches for completeness and accuracy.
