Job summary

CFS is seeking an AP Supervisor to lead Accounts Payable across five entities and partner with senior finance leadership. This role emphasizes developing the AP team and driving process improvements.

This hybrid role with one day remote; you will manage vendor communications, payments, and reconciliations in a high‑volume environment using NetSuite.

You will support month‑end close and have visibility to the CFO, contributing to daily accounting operations.

Qualifications

• NetSuite experience required.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing high-volume AP transactions.
• Credit card reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable processing and invoice management across five entities.
• Prepare and process ACH payments, checks, and wire transfers.
• Perform AP, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Train, mentor, and supervise Accounts Payable staff.
• Manage vendor communications and resolve payment inquiries.
• Support month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable.
