Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• AP staff accounting experience, not accounting assistants.
• ERP experience; P21 knowledge is a plus.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify high volume of vendor invoices in ERP.
• Manage invoice approvals and AP automation initiatives.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and vendor relationships.
• Assist with payment processing and timely disbursements.
• Prepare AP-related journal entries and assist month-end close.
• Support audits, internal controls, and compliance.
