Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains, or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.

Aufgaben

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely with proper coding and approvals.
• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving docs where applicable.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Assist with month-end close activities including AP accruals and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate vendor records including W-9s and tax docs.
• Monitor aging reports and resolve outstanding issues.
• Support audit requests with AP documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure policy compliance.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
