J. Kent Staffing is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist II for our client, a Colorado-based oil and gas exploration and production company headquartered in Centennial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of A/P and accounting experience, ideally in oil & gas.
• Strong MS Office skills and experience with DocVue, SmartVue and Excalibur.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity and professional work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Review, code, and process ~150 invoices daily using DocVue, SmartVue, and Excalibur workflows.
• Assign and determine proper workflow for each invoice.
• Verify billing accuracy by matching invoices to POS, field tickets, and AFEs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Review vendor statements for accuracy.
