Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage day-to-day general ledger accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting for assigned areas. You will help prepare financial statements and analyses to support transparent financial operations for the company in San Jose, CA.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of accounting experience, proficiency in SAP, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial status information by preparing special reports and completing special projects.
• Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial laws.
• Updates accounts payable and performs reconciliations.
• Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc.
• Assist senior accountants in monthly/yearly closings.
