LHH US is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a fully on-site role in Paramus, New Jersey. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers a path to permanent employment with a 60k–65k salary range and a stable daytime schedule.

Responsibilities include processing 400 invoices monthly, ensuring accuracy, and managing vendor payments while maintaining solid vendor relationships. On-site work and routine payments are expected.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle accounts payable experience required.
• Experience handling high-volume invoice processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for vendor interaction.

Responsibilities

• Process approximately 400 invoices per month.
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.
• Enter invoice data into the accounting system.
• Reconcile accounts payable records to prevent duplicate or missing payments.
• Manage payment schedules in accordance with vendor terms.
• Issue payments via checks, credit cards, and bank transfers.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate directly with vendors to address inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency.
