Formación

• 3+ years of experience running accounts payable for a medium or large business.
• ERP system experience, NetSuite preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high transaction volumes while maintaining accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain AP email communications and invoice delivery.
• Post electronic files for AP charges daily in the accounting system.
• Prepare all check runs and ensure AP is coded to approvers and GL accounts.
• Set up new vendors and maintain vendor master data including W-9, ACH, and 1099 status.
• Follow up on outstanding checks and maintain abandoned property files.
• Prepare month-end and year-end close, and management reports.
