Job summary

Ferretti Search is seeking an Accounting Clerk for our Mooresville, NC on-site team. The role focuses on accounts payable, high-volume data entry, invoice processing, and basic PO handling within a small accounting group.

Join a world-class specialty co-packer; SAP experience is required and 2+ years of AP experience is preferred. A degree is helpful but not required; training on company systems is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AP/accounting experience preferred.
• SAP experience required.
• Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
• Verifies and posts details of business transactions (funds received/disbursed), totaling accounts to ledgers, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Monitors accounts payable and receivable to ensure payments are up to date.
• Codes data for input to the financial data processing system (SAP) per company procedure.
