Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Experience with SAP and financial controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process supplier invoices and ensure accuracy.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Process payments in SAP and obtain approvals for payment.
• Maintain GL, cost center and WBS coding accuracy for AP vouchers.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end close and audits as required.
• Maintain vendor files and respond to payment inquiries.
