Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices for approval and timely payment.
• Handle inquiries from vendors or internal customers about status of documents processed.
• Review documents for accuracy and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Audit vendor statements for missing items and investigate causes.
• Ensure all invoices are processed through SAP-VIM.
• Review vendor master data for accuracy.
• Resolve document handling issues and support issue resolution.
• Process checks for non-ACH payments and ensure proper dispatch.
