Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Typing speed with 10-key by touch and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP is strongly preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices and resolve issues to ensure timely payment.
• Streamline and document AP processes.
• Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with internal departments.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain missing invoices or resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with travel expense and corporate card reconciliation.
• Process checks and ACH as assigned.
