Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze invoice-related issues pertaining to match exceptions or disputes and liaise with Vendors, Requesters and Supply Chain to rectify.
• Analyze AP exception data to identify root causes and provide recommendations to prevent future issues.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner.
• Process emergency payments when necessary.
• Assist in partnering Accounts Payable with customers to improve relations and processes.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with customers in a timely manner.
• Support AP management in monitoring and updating AP policies and procedures.
• Participate in special ad hoc projects as assigned.
