BMW of Hawaii is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to support a fast-paced accounting team. The role focuses on Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and financial record keeping, with duties across multiple accounting functions as required.

The ideal candidate has strong data entry skills, solid knowledge of MS Office, and prior dealership accounting exposure is a plus. High school diploma required; accounting coursework or degree preferred.

Qualificações

• Three years in high-volume accounts payable processing.
• Experience with vendor setup, W-9 requirements and vendor records.
• Invoice processing, vendor accounts and timely payments.
• Journal entries and reconciliations to maintain records.
• Investigating and resolving invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word; Outlook preferred.
• Familiarity with dealership accounting software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process and reconcile high-volume invoices and ensure due dates are met.
• Maintain and reconcile vendor statements; address discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with vehicle licensing, registration docs as needed.
• Protect confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
