Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of credit card statements.
• Review, match, and validate submitted expenses and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with administrative staff regarding transaction inquiries.
• Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams.
• Process adjustments such as reversals and corrections.
• Distribute monthly credit card statements to stakeholders.
