Job summary

CECO Environmental Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our onsite team in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices and payments while upholding internal controls.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal partners, streamline workflow, and support reconciliations and reporting. Strong attention to detail and Excel/ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; college courses are a plus.
• 2–5 years of computerized accounting office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; strong review and relationship skills.
• Familiarity with Dynamics, Epicor, and Global Edge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, code, and enter vendor invoices into the workflow system.
• Route invoices for approval and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Process payments via checks, ACH, and wire, and maintain vendor records.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely/vendor data accuracy.
• Support process improvements and maintain internal controls.
