Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years AP experience in a high-volume corporate environment.
• Experience with invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution.
• Strong Excel skills for AP reconciliations and reporting.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and internal controls.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices with strict adherence to internal controls and approval workflows.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
• Code invoices accurately based on predefined coding structures.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9 collection and onboarding documentation.
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, check).
• Monitor AP aging and follow up on outstanding approvals to avoid delays.
