Qualifications

• A two-year accounting degree.
• 3+ years of experience in processing accounts payable.
• Knowledge in South Dakota Sales and Use Tax.
• QuickBooks Experience.
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoices for payment and ensure proper coding.
• Ensure expenditures are charged to correct accounts with documented approvals.
• Assist with check run and reconcile supplier statements.
• Record cash transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank accounts and assist with month-end closes.
• Provide quarterly reporting of capital expenditures.
• Support development and implementation of process improvements.
• Maintain regular communication with the Controller to ensure alignment.
• Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality.
