Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with two years of experience in accounts payable or financial operations.
• Experience in high-volume AP or financial operations environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze financial transactions (invoices, expense reports, student disbursements) for accuracy and compliance.
• Review supporting docs, tax treatment, PO data, worktags; escalate discrepancies.
• Research tax regulations and apply procedures to transactions.
• Process Campus Financial Services invoices and monitor open invoices; assist monthly reports.
• Perform P2P activities (invoice processing, expense processing, reconciliations) as needed.
• Maintain relationships with campus customers and suppliers; educate stakeholders on P2P policies.
