Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable or related financial operations experience required.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles; proficient with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable, reimbursements, expenses, and advances.
• Process payments after manager approval.
• Maintain and audit general ledger; provide financial analyses and reports.
• Support month-end tasks and audits; assist AP Manager as needed.
