Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related degree is required.
5+ years of accounts payable experience.
Experience with SAP ERP is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage the accounts payable workflow including invoice approvals, coding, data entry, and check processing.
Maintain vendor files (W-9s, banking information) and ensure compliance with SOX controls.
Prepare 1099s and support IRS/state filings; coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Assist month-end close and identify process improvements to automate AP tasks.
Train associates on payment processing and ensure timely payments.
