As part of the Accounting team in Georgia, you will handle three-way matching, expense reports, and weekly invoicing while maintaining compliance with company policies and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Record vendor payable transactions in accordance with GAAP.
• Enter payable invoices and ensure three-way matches.
• Pay vendors by verifying IDs, scheduling checks, and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly invoices and vendor credit applications.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Reconcile monthly statements and maintain vendor master data.
