Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2-year Associate Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year in the field.
• Experience with vendor payable transactions and general ledger coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record vendor payable transactions in accordance with US GAAP.
• Enter PO-related payable invoices after three-way match; verify price and quantity.
• Enter non-PO payable invoices after obtaining approvals and GL coding.
• Process vendor payments and monitor discount opportunities; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly vendor payments and reconcile accounts.
