Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to process daily AP transactions and ensure KPI goals are met. You will review reports, verify payments, and provide excellent service to vendors and Boyd employees while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include matching invoices to POs, maintaining accurate interfaces with Coupa and Workday, and resolving vendor information variances.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook skills.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and handle high volume and stress.
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications/licenses.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day accounts payable transactions.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs; review reports for payment authorization.
• Validate payments within company guidelines.
• Provide dependable customer service to vendors and Boyd employees.
• Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Ensure accuracy of Coupa and Workday interfaces.
• Coordinate to receive missing vendor information and resolve variances.
• Verify payments are in accordance with terms and capture available discounts.
• Communicate problems to supervisor promptly and professionally.
• Observe safety procedures; perform other duties as requested.
