Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• One or more years of accounts payable or related financial experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, expenses, and payment requests accurately and timely.
• Verify invoice information and ensure proper GL coding per policies.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting docs as applicable.
• Review supplier statements and resolve discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain AP records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with AP approvals and month-end close activities.
• Reconcile AP transactions and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate with Controller on payment schedules and processing.
• Prepare and maintain vendor files, including tax documentation.
• Support audits by providing documentation and schedules.
