Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Checks vouchers and obtains payment approval.
• Prepares accounts payable checks.
• Posts all open items in accounts payable daily.
• Prints accounts payable reports and maintains files.
• Reconciles statements and ledger with dealership schedules.
• Analyzes vendor accounts.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Prepares analysis of accounts as required.
• Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
