Job summary

Wyandot Behavioral Health Network is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to handle vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports for Wyandot BHN, Wyandot Center, Kim Wilson Housing, PACES and Rainbow Services, Inc. The role reports to the Director of Fiscal Services.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years in AP, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and teamwork in a culturally diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in computerized accounting and office equipment is necessary.
• At least two years of accounts payable processing experience.
• Must maintain confidentiality of information.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask.
• Must be sensitive to cultural and ethnic differences.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, payment requests and expense reports with proper approvals.
• Prepare vendor checks and reconcile vendor statements as needed.
• Process employee expense/mileage vouchers on biweekly schedule.
