Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Experience with Ramp, QuickBooks, and Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage accounts payable workflows and corporate card transactions per policy.
• Record and maintain AP transactions in QuickBooks.
• Utilize Salesforce to access information and support cross‑functional workflows.
• Review invoices for documentation, coding, and approvals prior to payment.
• Prepare and process vendor payments according to procedures.
• Maintain vendor records and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond promptly to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
• Assist with month-end close and accruals; support year-end 1099 work.
• Coordinate with advisors to confirm billing details and ensure timely invoicing.
