Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Level II accounts payable specialist to review and process invoices, transfer them between systems, and perform GL postings. This role includes researching and resolving A/P inquiries and supporting the corporate accounting team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years accounts payable experience.

Responsibilities

• Transfer A/P invoices from Chrome River to PeopleSoft A/P system.
• Review invoices from branches and departments in Chrome River.
• Process A/P check runs.
• Post GL entries to PeopleSoft GL system.
• Assist branches with A/P inquiries.
• Support accounting staff as needed.
