Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 2-3 years of administrative experience.
• Knowledge of accounting systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of AFRM system and ability to import templates.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable tasks and postings.
• Process checks and ACH for bill payments.
• Find, update, or assign invoices in Workday.
• Apply and adjust purchase orders to invoices.
• Post items to accounts and reconcile bank accounts.
• Research and correct posting errors and process adjustments.
• Assist with SOX controls and monthly closings.
• Compile statistics and reports and handle AP mail.
