The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, proficient data entry (10-key) and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work within structured procedures and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or comparable experience preferred.
• Some college is acceptable.
• Prolonged sitting at a desk working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices into payment system.
• Route invoices for approval.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues.
• Process daily ACH payments and biweekly check runs.
• Enter tax vouchers and meet deadlines.
• Answer vendor questions by phone.
