Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process vendor invoices and ensure adherence to Accounting Department guidelines. This on-site role handles 3-way matching, tax verifications, and organized filing while maintaining vendor relationships.

The position requires an associate degree or equivalent and 1–2 years of AP experience, with strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills & data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices daily, ensuring information is complete and correctly coded.
• Verify sales & use tax rates, calculate tax accruals as necessary.
• Maintain organized electronic filing and communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues.
