Job summary

You will process invoices, ensure timely payments, maintain vendor records, reconcile AP transactions, and support office functions as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software (Sage or Peachtree).
• Strong accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices; resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor records and communicate with vendors on payment inquiries
