• Generates reports to identify discrepancies and seeks approvals as needed.
• Processes payments by checks and electronic payments; distributes checks.
• Reconciles balance forward accounts and ensures timely payment within terms.
• Responds to vendor inquiries and resolves issues.
• Cross-trains with other accounting staff to cover daily functions.
• Supports team objectives and participates in meetings.
