Job summary

Talley LLP, a confidential multi-entity organization, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist in Commerce, California. You will support AP activities across entities and locations, working with the Senior AP Specialist on invoice processing, vendor management, and payment preparation.

The role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel, and the ability to maintain internal controls in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Experience processing high-volume invoices across multiple entities/locations.
• Strong understanding of invoice coding, accounts payable, GL accounting, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ACH, checks, wires, and electronic vendor payments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior AP Specialist to manage daily AP workflow.
• Review, code, and process high-volume vendor invoices across entities/locations.
• Ensure invoices have approvals and documentation, and are recorded to correct entity and period.
• Enter invoices, credits, and adjustments into the ERP system.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and maintain AP balances.
• Assist with year-end close and vendor reporting.
