Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with PO system.
• Accurate 10-key by touch; 80 WPM.
• Proficient in MS Office and general ledger software.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accurate back-up and proper GL coding.
• Match invoices to Purchase Orders in procurement software.
• Enter non-PO invoices with correct approval workflow.
• Sort and route incoming mail, scan invoices, and code in AP folders.
• Process vendor payments and ensure special instructions are followed.
• Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and collaborate with internal teams.
