Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience.
• Experience working with multiple site locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately reconciling monthly statements.
• Assist with company fuel cards.
• Receive and review invoices from vendors, matching them to purchase orders and verifying accuracy of details.
• Reconcile vendor statements with the Company's accounting records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Regularly review accounts payable balances and ensure they are accurate and reflect all outstanding invoices.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account balances.
• Accurately process invoices, work with vendors, as necessary.
• Prepare accounts payable reports for management review, including aging reports and outstanding balances.
• Assist with billing and other job duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
